Fuck, wish that was true for me when I was a kid. I couldn't do a god damn thing right. Hell, 20 years ago, if you got molested by a teacher you were probably blamed.

This is a dumb non-issue. The groups of students are already performing at vastly different levels. If they take the same steps for each group to increase performance across the board, they're still going to end up performing at different levels, and the goals seem to reflect that. Sure, you can argue the end goal should be the same for all groups of students, but you have to take intermediate steps to get there somehow.

People are just looking for excuses to get butthurt these days.

Be careful... you're outing the secrets of the mainstream media there.

So you think it's ok for wind of this to get out to kids, effectively telling them that if they're not Asian, they're inferior, and thus we don't expect much from them.

Is it so difficult to keep shit like this secret?

This, and they are achievement oriented. My school has a 24hr engineering library. 1am weekdays its packed with Asian students. At the same time the bard are packed but with few Asians.

If you're a public school district, maybe it is hard to keep shit like this a secret. And no, I don't think it's okay for this to be positioned like this to kids. But that's not the school district's fault, either. It's the media and public who take shit out of context, and don't bother to think critically about anything.

Pasty white kids are good at those games. I've never seen an Asian at my school play any of those games.

No, the ones who are playing it are still overseas.
Hence the old WoW term "CGF" (Chinese gold farmer)
