Remember I lived there for three years? Guess how many stolen cars we saw with american plates still on em? Ever wonder where all the caprice classics went? Five minutes on the highway in kuwait would answer that for ya

Caprice Classics, being worth enough to put on a boat? I don't get it, unless they want to pimp them out with Daytons and pretend to be gangstaz.

I know the UAE is a big dumping ground for stolen cars, but I thought the majority were taken from Europe.

Bro like 50% plus of the cars in kuwait are 80s caprice classics and other box chevys. At least the parts I saw

The ones I saw were all late 90's toyota corrollas (not the crappy US version) hilux's, mitsubishi pajero's and BMW's and Benzs.
