Parts availability? I'm guessing whoever buys these better purchase a CAD/CAM setup to make their own parts and hire a mechanic who knows what they are doing. lol

I just got thru watching the 1966 'Blue Max' with George Peppard. I hear you can construct your own 3/4 scale Fokker on a MUCH smaller budget. Would license as an experimental and skip all the big FAA headaches...

Is that paint job something the FAA dreamed up in order to make sure nobody thinks it's active-duty military? Because it doesn't seem to be very effective camoflauge.

Actually it works well for the environment it is intended to be in.

The one thing with the plane is that it is HUGE.

That is the standard paint job for the military.

Yes, please. Now there's an airplane I'd get in.

That is a bad ass plane. I'd love to fly one. I'd love to fly anything for that matter.

I think I want the 3/4 scale Fokker DRI Triplane. Mount a couple semi auto rifles to it and strafe my wife's ex's place. Maybe hit his truck on the road to work...Classic!

There is at least 1 company making 3/4 scale P-51 Mustangs too if you care for a bit more speed on your strafing run.
