Yeah, see, this is what chapped my ass the most.

I expect shit to do nasty things on initial install...they almost all do that fucking shit (assholes)...but this "fuck your world up on update" strategy is new levels of sliminess.

I'm going back to a lump of coal and papyrus if this keeps up.

I'm using the K-lite codec pack (I've been its strongest advocate on this forum previously) but some inline browser shit wants to see Quicktime, so I had (reluctantly) installed it, so I could view inline shit.

After they fucked with my shit, though, they can eat me, I'll view shit offline, thanks.

Can't buy avast's full internet security package because their zip code tables aren't correct/up to date - they don't think my zip code matches my city. Turns out... I live here...
