Perhaps, but as he fails to adhere to the commandment of "Thou must make a drunken fool of thyself" by neglecting the portion on the sacrament of drink, he doesn't get a pass on the other tribal activities.

Now if you show up at the Whitehouse sunglasses, flip flops, and hats are perfectly accepted. I am suprised Georgie doesn't wear his cowboy hat or pimp crown?
