I know in my accident the insurance would only cover gear if the law required it... and even though I'm required to by military law... it wasn't covered... but the helmet was
I sugest... if the helmet hit the ground at all... claim it... you don't HAVE to replace it... but I would... |

i'm gonna try and get them to cover everything. helmet, hacket, bike, lost wages, pain and suffering...anything i can
