Replacing the C in C-SPAN with the Onion's logo was apparently too subtle for some. I did like the "should event occur in urban areas.......Jesus" and "due to their enormous size and otherworldly strengths" parts.

It appears that this is typical tatics used to pass terrorist bills. And of course if you (being a Congressman) do not pass funding for any terrorist bill you must be for terrorism.
