I don't really ban anyone unless it's a spammer or someone obiviously not interested in being part of TWFix, except to fuck with people and then that only lasts for a day or two at most. I surprised anyone even remotely follows the rules here.

Avy isn't banned and I didn't run him off. He just disappeared for his own reasons.
