king snakes do eat other snakes and I know the cali kings eat rattlers. I dont know if other species of kings eat rattlers orother venemous species

I can't verify, but I know that my grandfather (who normally kills most snakes he encounters) expressed regret when he accidentally killed a kingsnake with the lawnmower. Apparently it had been living on our property for a while and he was happy to have it there.
