If crooks put their hard work into something legit they would probably own the world.

The warranty on my car ran out more than 160,000 miles ago.

I told them not to call me about a year ago and then just got a call in the last few days. There is a law that that breaks I just wish I has kept track of the date and time. Cause there is like a $400 fine.
I have a company car what the crap do I care about a warranty. I'm pretty sure its the scum bag dealers selling the info cause I got my last company car from a crap hole rebuyer. It just happened to be the place the company sent me too. |

I started getting the car warranty calls about a month after buying a brand new car. The return numbers were always either VOIP, or from an area code in the Los Angeles area. I told them to knock it off 3 times, but they just kept coming. They were coming in about every 3 days. Just like with 101, they stopped coming about 3 weeks ago.
Been getting the credit card calls too. Same thing; tell them to quit repeatedly and they keep coming. In Canada it becomes telephone harrassment and a chargeable offence the moment that they call you back after being told to desist, but how the hell do you track down someone who won't give you their contact info, nor has a traceable phone number?! *EDIT* By the way, the car warranty calls were on my cell phone, which isn't listed anywhere. I don't generally give that number out.

Hint: REALLY loud noises into the mic when answering the phone keep them from calling back

I get phone calls from that company all the time. My Maxima is well out of it's warranty period and my GMC still has over a year left on warranty and it's a lease so I turn it in just as the warranty expires.
