I just bought an Insignia 42" LCD 1080P 120Hz TV for cheap, and I love it.

I have a 42" Vizio liquid crystal LCD (60hz) that has great picture. My PC monitor is an LG glossy and I LOVE it.

Now days even the cheapy HD's give good pictures. It's more up to your signal that determines the quality, be it you cable company, movie player, etc.
