I was hoping our cat would grow on me, as a life-long cat hater. But it hasn't. The lil' shit screams at me every morning, refuses to wait her turn for food, bolts outside everytime I open the door and generally gets on my goddamn nerves.

I was hoping my dogs would eat her...but alas I trained them too well when we first got the cat. We did get her fixed though so I give her free reign of the outside world.

Yea exactly. Not from lack of trying though, I did the research tried different techniques and nothing.

How can you train an animal that doesn't learn stepping inside a 90lb dog's food bowl while he's eating is not a good idea?

Let him do it and hope that he's accidentally eaten.

She, and she will be. Its the only time my big guy shows any aggression toward her. Other than that they play together, sleep together, etc. etc.

BUT, my wife would be very sad if the cat got hurt so I make sure to feed her at the same time I feed the dogs so she has her own food to focus on. Goddamn cat won't eat unless I feed her some raw meat like the dogs.

You can feed a dog raw meat and you'll get your hand licked in gratitude. If you feed a cat raw meat it will start to plot how to turn you into T-bone.

I forgot to thank Trip, for reminding me that yesterday was National Cat Day.

Thanks Man! If it wasn't for your calendar, I never would have known.

Oh, and Happy Birthday/ National Cat Day, Carolina.
