She supposedly tore it down because it didn't meet current hurricane codes and it was infested with termites. She intends to build a similar mansion on the property.

Yea that is ocean front in N Palm Beach, that is a twelve million dollar plot of land.
It’s pretty common to bulldoze nice homes to build bigger homes. We commoners think way to small. |
