Well l'm in somewhat the same area and the prices are $200 cheaper at the place I mentioined and I won't change anything...just ride it.

Proof to Honda that styling DOES matter. I don't see R1's or ZX-10's going for those prices.

Theres leftover zx10's at every kawi dealership going cheap around here. almost as cheap as that. They dont sell that well, and in this economy, its getting worse.

And the 08 cbr1krr is way prettier than an 08 zx10.

Really? If there was a ZX10 for anything $8500 or less I'd swoop it up. Ditch the exhaust and mirrors and it's good-looking. The Honda, no matter what you do to it, looks like it got a whiff of a skunk and is trying to back up.

And as far as the R1 goes, how could you resist this:

Yeah I heard that, that's a shame......But I bet it'd run a lot cooler if you ditched the undertails and went with a single shortie.
