Your buddy is a clean freak or you haven't been around much.

Rotties are great dogs but they shed like crazy. Not as much as a Lab but they aren't much better either.

My Akita will stretch and let out the loudest fart. Then he looks at you like, "Was that me?" I love him to death but he shreds a ton and does not appreciate the kitties.

What about a South African Boerboel? I had never heard of one before my girlfriend got one but he is one of the best dogs I have ever met.
