I am curious about that too.

My guess is that the assholes (I would really be suprised if they had a job besides meth dealer) probably partied too loud or did whatever it is drugged up gothic people do to annoy neighbors. That family probably finally stood up and now they act like assholes back.

Difference. Parenting style of said little girl had no control over events. The bolt-on-avenger in the other thread was the opposite.
