lol I should probably give you guys some context.

My wife and I decided it was time for something a little less crazy and a whole lot less expensive than Manhattan. I grew up in the NW so Portland and Seattle are second homes for me. (I miss it)

It's a far cry from NYC, but I can't wait!

And yea, we're going to have to actually buy a car - the plus side is, I'm going to buy something that will tow a trailer and some track bikes.
