Thank god we didn't have anyone THAT dumb during our flooding this year!!
For those that care... Those were M1078 LMTV's (guess they could have been M1083's but probably not) Weight approx 17,000 lbs Max fording depth, without fording kit : 30" Oh, and the "exhaust" the camera guy was talking about is actually the air intake. The exhaust is in front of the left rear wheel... at about 30" |

yeah, depending on if theres enough pressure to keep it moving out. eventually the depth/pressure is going to overcome the exhaust. LMTVs also have an electric fan clutch you can disable for water fording
