Dispatching puts me basically where I am now and it's NOT in an ER setting.

to gross me out its gotta be prety bad. we did have one homeless guy who was real stinky, to the point we couldnt leave him in the waiting room he smelled so bad. if he showed up they wouldnt even triage him I would put a dressing on his hand (thats all he wanted) and send him on his way.
