Let's play a little game. It's season, so the amount of people who come into the ER has increased dramatically. The peak times that people tend to come into our ER is between 12pm and 12am. If you were my boss, how would you handle the crushing amount of people showing up in the emergency room that need to be registered and/or admitted in a certain amount of time? If you answered "Send everyone but two people home because some of them are close to having overtime", then you think just like my boss. You also need to be fired immediately for being completely fucking ignorant.
