A cop pulled by and busted his ass. Pissing in public is like a class 1 sex offense, goes in the books and on the web. This poor sap got his degree but can no longer teach in any schools other than college I believe. Shows how fucked up the grey area of the legal system is.

Its not the urination that gets you. Its the indecent exposure part that gets you (in some states).

All because politicians and DA's are trampling on top of each other to prove how good they are at "saving the children"

Then simply increase the fine and/or the enforcement. There is no reason to classify it a sex offense.
