Well they have to make a cutoff somewhere. They're not going to say something subjective like "no ugly cars" or "no cars older than 2005", but they will say "no more than 2 cars in the driveway" with the hopes that this will limit the number of junkers.

There are plenty of exclusive neighborhoods around me with Corolla's and Sentra's in the driveway. No rich person I know is going to park the Bentley or Ferrari outside to uphold property values. |

2 in the garage, 2 on the driveway. looks tacky but better the others who has a Direct TV van everyday (against HOA's) + 3 other veh. only 1 in a 3 car garage. but then again they have
mom & dad son 30 somethin another son, 30 something + his 2 kids living in that house.

I have 3 motorcycles and a car, just for one person.
The fiddy is just for gap racing and being a hooligan, the drz is for dirt, and the cbr is for track/street. The car is just for commuting and store trips. Is this any less pathetic than a person wanting a nice car for sunday drives? Hypocrisy at it's finest.

Let's say they sell that church car 2 years from now, they lose say $15K on its value......That same $15K could have gone into their kids college fund, or better yet it could have been spent on a nice vacation that would actually be remembered forever, unlike a church car. |
