Thank you Azoomm, I feel so much better now I wonder now why it took me so long to do something.
People that haven't seen me in 6 months or more ask me what happened. I simply reply "I got off my ass, and stopped feeding crap into my face." Dave |

I only have a handful of pics of me before and probably none of me current but nothing to really compare. I am not a big picture person. Wish I had taken at least 1 good picture of me when I started.
I do have one pic of me from this past Christmas. I got my son an electric bike and he wanted to ride it really bad. Well I went out side to assist him as he had just turned 4 yrs old. Wife got a few pics of me running along side of him and holding onto the bars. I saw it and just thought to myself of how big I had gotten and how terrible I really looked. That was one of the turning points as I knew I needed to do something. I did, but very little did it do and I did even less to stick with it. Might have lasted to February. Buddy at work got the band on his stomach in March and came back to work first week in April. I didn't want to get near that bad off, and when he asked for everyone's support in his goals it really set a fire under my ass. I will support him, and do what he basically has to do with him and we can give each other support. I have no problems with my shakes for breakfast and lunch, I actually enjoy the ease of them. Some people don't understand how I can drink them, and others try to be polite and say they didn't want to eat their breakfast or lunch around me cause I just have a plain shake. It doesn't bother me one bit, and actually has made others come up to me asking how I do it cause they wanna try it. That picture of me helping my son on his bike is a good reminder of what I can be, and I don't want to be that ever again. Thanks again. Dave |

I'm seriously at my wits end. I can't sleep for shit at night. I seriously cannot remember the last time I slept through the night.

How much water are you drinking? Your mouth will be dry as a bone with the extra fiber/protein.

Buy a simple stationary bike from the want ads so that you can do cardio at home. Also buy a heartrate monitor, they are only $30-40 for a basic one, because otherwise you're not getting an accurate reading.
