But don't abuse the sleeping pills. It's easy to do so when life seems to be too much to handle. Trust me, I know.

HH, if you need to talk to someone who's been there, I'm always around. I'll PM you my cell.

I stayed depressed for months after my 2nd husband left. I had a really difficult time dealing with life for a long time. It's been well over a year since he left & it's only been the last 3 or 4 months I've started coming out of my depression. I still have issues, but for the most part, I'm content in where I am at this point & am glad the depression has finally ran it's course, although occassionally it tries to sneak up on me. I know how far I've come & I'm doing MUCH better.

Seriously, I know I've only been a member of TWF a short time, but I've been where you are & am willing to listen if you need someone. Sometimes just talking to someone who understands helps.

Agreed. You've gone through a lot, and you really seem to be doing well. (I read your CF threads)

that being said, I'm waiting for my Benadryl to kick in so I can sleep.

I thought I was tired, but I guess I was only tired enough for two hours of sleep. Oh well. I'm up and posting. Lucky you guys.

mushy moment/

Thanks. I really didn't know how depressed I had gotten until I started coming out of it. If it had not been for Greg, Eric, & a couple of other CF members, I don't know what I would have done. Greg & Eric were there at the beginning & have been with me through everything. I can't begin to express how much I appreciate their friendships & how much they both mean to me. We've become close friends. I owe both of them a huge hug & a few beers. I'm keeping my fingers crossed I'll be able to do just that next year.

/end mushy moment
