I used to do that. I was in HS and wrestled. Had to make weight 2 or 3 times a week. I once cut 17 lbs in 3 days.

I heard a few yrs ago they changed the rules that you have to maintain a certain weight throughout the year to help cut down on stuff like that since kids would get sick and am sure a few prolly died in the process |
