Well, performance wise, the numbers say that GTX 280 of mine was still plenty good, but something had started causing it to shit itself and locking the whole system when it did. I could probably have gone with a lesser card (or a lesser card SLI setup for the same price), but I opted for the best compromise between forward compatibility and budget.
I should be good for a while, at least until my CPU & mobo/memory start bottlenecking things.

That is disappointing. My crappy DSL won't really support much online, so I was hoping it would have a better campaign. Looks like I'll be waiting a while to buy that one used. I'll just play through Deus Ex a few more times. It's keeping me entertained.

The story follows the same annoying formula as the other games. Level begins. A situation happens that leaves your character disorientated. Most of the time it's because the vehicle you're riding in gets blown up. Shoot shit, advanced the story, obvious plot twist. Repeat. It was funny in MW2 in how predictable the whole thing was, but now it's just fucking annoying. Nearly every level starts with your character fucked up for a minute or two and stumbling around while the action happens around you. Time for a new schtick.

BF3 is being a bitch when playing multi and I FUCKING HATE this browser shit it has to use to play. EVEN FUCKING SINGLE PLAYER!

Eventually I'm gonna give up gaming all together. I'm tired of games needing an internet connection. I dont give a shit if someone needs to know if my copy is legit or not, I dont give a shit about other peoples stats, I dont give a shit about ingame ads. Fuck you developers.

Way ahead of you..... My XBox has never left the box since I moved back to Mi, my PS3 is a blueray/Roku box and the Alienware M17x.... Well, I did manage to use it to watch porn a few days ago.

Too many good games not enough time. I really like BF3 but I havent played it much since Skyrim came out, I need to download the new expansion. Skyrim is great but now SWTOR is out so Skyrims been on hold.

Yeah, I pretty much just use the Wii... Xbox is my dvd player, and the ps2 is collecting dust.

Yep, I keep trying to generate some interest again, I even bought the Cabella's hunting game... I'm just not into it anymore. I did eyeball the Rocksmith set-up.... I hear there's going to be a bass guitar add-on soon. Maybe that will get me back on my PS3.... Heck, I've even considered the motion dancing game.

I have Batman: Arkham Asylum, Batman: Arkham City, COD MW3 and Skyrim as my winter games. I don't do much gaming when the weather is warm enough to go outside.

So far, Skyrim is sucking up all of my very limited free time.
