That wouldn't work for 1 hour. Who is to say what the "average" person is capable of doing? Each person would have a different idea about what they were capable to do.

It's pretty obvious that the average person is capable of doing 10-20 mph more than the current limits. The current limits were set to the lowest common denominator (handicapped or senile people)

Come teach a MSF beginner riding course. Then you will see what you call the "average person" is really capable of

Oh for sure! I can't stand it when people complain that the cop "could have let them off" or that "they weren't speeding that bad" or my favorite, "he didn't HAVE to ask me for my paperwork"... Sorry Derf! The reality is that most of us, except Racer, speed all the time. I could be written a ticket every time I leave the driveway on my bike.
