He should be kicked out of practice if "thinking" he had sleep apnea caused him to "diagnose" him with sleep apnea. The only way to diagnose someone with that is via a sleep study.

Yeah but they take it too far though. They think mental disease is something you can fix by holding tin cans and paying them money.
