Never tryed the stud puller technique, not saying it wouldnt work.. good luck man.. keep us updated

Maybe you should notch the ends with a dremel and back them out with a screwdriver.

I'm thinking arbor press, but not many individuals have them. Regardless, I would let that shit soak in some type of penetrating lube overnight. Let us know what you wind up doing. One never knows when he might have to do the same thing.
