It was really good...Gotta be a special breed to see that shit on a day to day basis though.

Good stuff those guys are doing, a lot of the advances in trauma care have come from wartime. I think like anything else thes guys would burn out after time but these guys see some of the worst trauma imaginable and have to keep focused and do their jobs.
