I heard that this last time they repainted the grating they used a cheaper paint than they normally do, which is most likely why it seemed so much worse this time than it was 3 years ago the last time you went over it.

I told about the paint in my report . . . which also has pictures of the falls . . . but apparently nobody wants to go read it
