Atlanta (the city itself) is a welfare basket case. If you are a sorry ass who can't get a job in the private sector as fry cook then they set you up with a nice cushy government job. The only thing that keeps Atlanta going is North Fulton and northern Atlanta. But those communities have gotten smart and are splitting from Atlanta.
