Bin Laden talks kids into blowing themselves up for the cause. I'm pretty sure he could talk one of them out of a kidney. And I'm pretty sure there's a hospital in Jordan/Syria/Lebanon/random North African nation where he could get any amount of treatment necessary in total safety. We're not talking about one of Jeff Dunham's puppets here, we're talking about an evil terrorist overlord. I wouldn't be surprised by anything.
