they cant realy push meds or anything like that or do many invasive procedures whereas a paramedic can.
its helpful around here becasue there are so many bullshit 911 calls that they send the emt's on mostof those and save the paramedics for the real emergencies. Tom |

I don't think that law says anything about what you HAVE to do, it simply says you can't be held liable if you DO render aid.

Unless these EMTs were specifically called to help this women, I don't see any illegal activity here. Non compassionate, sure, but not illegal.
