Why did you replace the black piece with the white piece?

I replaced the stock tank 2gal with an IMS 4.2 gal tank... which I found out will take 4.6gal

now my range is >200 miles... where it was <150

also provides some radiator protection in falls... but I added some radiator guards anyways... over kill maybe... but better safe than sorry when it comes to the rads.

How are you liking it? I want a dual sport pretty badly, but I don't know that I'm willing to have it as my only bike. Adding a second bike to the garage is something my wife most likely won't allow, but I REALLY want this:

2010 Husqvarna TE630

I want something road legal that is more dirt bike than street bike. The Huskys are pretty damn expensive though.

lol... I would love to have an SS again... but I just have no drive to ride it on the street... too risky.

now if I could get stationed near a track, I may just look into getting a cheap track bike.

TO RISKY?!? Blasphemy!

(but I hear ya - that's one reason why I finally want to begin doing a lot more woods/dual-sport riding this year... )

Nice scoot - looks like lots of (bullet-proof & economical) fun!
