At least based on the market around here, I don't think it's a good deal
 Should be able to get a running truck for $1500. If you're saying that somebody started doing a V8 conversion on it and stopped partway through, or did one then decided to convert it back, I wouldn't pay more than $250... who knows what may have gotten fucked up on it along the way
