I love the "oh I thought that was my taser" excuse! Imagine his Captain trying to explain that to the kids mother... Besides, if I'm not mistaken the kid was cuffed and another cop had his knee in his back...why did he even need to taser him? Gee I wonder what he was doing in Nevada when they found him?
