particle man, after many problems with busted teeth and what not I can tell you one way to make the pain subside although temporary is to hold a bayer aspirin directly on the tooth until it dissolves. tastes like shit and burns a little but it takes the edge off of the pain a little too.

hmmm, I'll have to try that. Anyhow, I have an appointment today for a "consult"
