Also sorry about your father, but glad you have a bike.

I still have some stuff. Helmet, another set of gloves... I'll need to get another jacket and boots though.

Prayers out to your pops man.

The v-star is the first Yammy series of cruiser bikes that are decent IMO. They actually carry some decent aftermarket for them.

Got any pics of said bike?

Best wishes for your pop! Let him know many of us are pulling for his recovery. Sometimes a bit of encouragement can change how a person feels.

Congrats on the bike. I can honestly tell you that Yamaha cruisers are awesome to ride.

Not yet, I'm heading down next week possibly sooner if things get worse. They don't want to remove the blood clot through normal means because they are afraid that if they drill a hole in his skull it will send him into a stroke that he won't recover from, so they are doing something called oxygen therapy. Not sure exactly what they means but the pressure in his brain is forcing him to fall asleep. If you call his name he will wake up and look at you but 30 seconds later he falls back asleep. Today they are inserting a feeding tube because he hasn't eaten in 5 days.

Sorry to hear about your dad, hope he improves.

V-Star's are nice (for a cruiser ). I had an '05 650 Silverado for a while, if I could afford it - I'd love to have best of both worlds.
