Penn state put this together. I'm stunned but not surprised that higher education commissioned and produced this. There is an excellent pop up box in the first minute that sums it all up.

The message: Watch out for veterans. They are stupid and will blame their problems on you. They may also be crazy.

I think the guy who plays the department head also played the FBI agent in Die Hard 3.
