Nothing unless a cop, or even another citizen whose information the woman has, is there to witness it. If there are no witnesses it is my word against hers. Even if a cop is there pretty much all they can do is give me a stern talking to and a ticket for impeding traffic. Show me in any state's traffic code where screaming or invading someone's "personal space" is illegal.

You can try an experiment as well. Why don't you call up your local police department (not 911) and ask them what they could do if a scuzzy biker yelled at you. See how far you get.

you know what I am saying, I doubt he went through all that training and was issued a motorcycle. He was more likely just part of the traffic and got pissed off.

One of them climbed off his motorcycle and came over to me and stuck his head in my car continuing to scream at me.

The individual left the funeral procession and approached the woman's car. He then stuck his head in her car and proceeded to yell at her.

Had he actually been part of the official escort - depending on the state his motorcycle would have had to been equipped with special lighting to qualify as official - by leaving the procession and his vehicle he is no longer covered by laws\regulations concerning funeral escort unless the law states that an non LEO acting with capacity as funeral Escort has the ability to direct traffic to some extent.

Of course this all academic bs....

The escorts are basically traffic cops while en route. They have the right to stop, block and direct traffic.

It sounded like the motorcycles cut in front of her as she entered the intersection, when legally, you can travel in the lane NEXT to a funeral procession. And no...unless they are COPS, they cannot stop traffic at will. They have no training to do so. The procession usually can only continue through red lights or stop signs if the lead vehicle proceeds through the green first.
