Heel toe shifter FTW. Done most of those, still going strong. Ulu bites her tongue.

I broke both, and a femur, six ribs, a collarbone, and an arm, all in the same crash.
Which leads us to... Pwned by a girl, Part One: Followed by Pwned by a girl Part Two: My wife got wrecked by a car, while riding in the Swiss Alps. Two days after having her broken ankle put into a plaster cast, she rode back to Germany. Suck it up, cupcake. JC

Haha, been there too. Bent the linkage bar on the 500 one time. Apparently it wasnt quite straight and I downshift hard. Everytime I went to downshift it would put the stress on the bar and bend it more instead of shifting. I had to turn around and ride home like 15 miles, bending over to downshift with my hand at every turn and light. Pain in the ass....

And Ebbs rode with a broken ankle at one rally, Like I said...If I cared enough to do it I would...But frankly I would rather be healed and healthy than run the risk of hurting myself more. Riding with a broken ankle is an entirely different animal than it would be breaking your tibia and having knee surgery. I.E. Your Wife, and Ebbs.

among other things. EMS got there rather fast, he still had something of a pulse so those guys scooped and ran, coupled with soem overzealous trauma surgeons they flogged the poor guy for a few hrs before he finally died.
