Um yes....Some of you can blame the owner, but animals simply do not reason. So unless the owner purposely trained the dogs to attack, they were simply just acting like....animals.

The same can be said for those children left in the room with that dog. Most animals do not attack unless provoked - any guess if the kid gave the dog a whack?
