I'm guessing that you're talking about the Tar Sands. They're finally cleaning it up and improving production. What I'm not happy with is how the oil that's produced is virtually being given away, to American interests, because Alberta is addicted to oil tax money. The money that they aren't taking in should be used for clean-up.
