homeowners, garage parking?
do/can you park your car in the garage?
quite a few of my neighbors can't get their cars in cuz they have so much junk in their garages, some are 3 car garages.

I use to be able to fit both my cars and both my bikes in the garage. Now that I got a trailer and a DRZ, the old civic sleeps outside.

I have a 3 stall oversize garage and all of my vehicles are parked in the garage. Cars in the driveway look ghetto to me.

My car, both bikes, dirtbike, lawnmower, and four wheeler are in there. Brad's SUV is too big to fit in there no matter what. We have shelves in the back of the garage.

When my house was being built it was only $7500 to upgrade to the 3 stall. It was also only $600 to add 4 extra feet to the depth of the original 2 stall. So it wasn't expensive by any means.

Are you part of a hoa?
I've heard horror stories about nonsense like this because of hoa's not liking ppl doing what they choose with their own property. |

Yep. We have to get approval from and architectural committee to add landscaping, decks or anything like that that will change the look of your house. Even a change in the color of the trim of your house needs to be approved. Landscaping must be well maintained (green ,weed free, and manicured)or they will hire a crew to come out and take care of it for you and send you the bill. If you don't pay they put a lien on your house. I don't have any problems with it though because I maintain my shit and keep it looking nice.
