Think about it, if you were VS you wouldn't just pay Rez and then watch him shit on the forum. You would put it in the contract that he can't recruit away members, that he must not talk shit or reveal any confidential info, and that X number of mods must stay around for at least X amount of time. At least that's what I'd do if I were VS.

(If I wanted to be in the business of creating nothing, and leaching off others, of course).

Standard non compete and non disclosure. I doubt there was a whole lot other than that.
