Caught a thief

At work last night. I walked into the fast track area and towards the triage room and I see a ghetto skell reaching into a desk drawer and has his hand in a nursese pocketbook and was taking her wallet out. I call him on it and he starts denying it. I have the nurse come over and she sees that the bag was opened and the wallet was removed. We kept him there till hospital police show up. He starts fighting them and I was soooooo tempted to jump in and pound on him a bit for that.

I hate thieves as it is but to come to the ER for help allegedly, and to do this you deserve a beatdown. After loosing my own bank card last night I was glad to save someone the hassle and sadness of dealing with that stuff as I know it royaly sucks.
