*shrug* Honestly, i think people need to pay more attention to politics, and this is one way to do it.

Better that than all the "concierge care" bullshit.
(short version- doctor accepts fewer patients, and charges an annual fee over and above your insurance costs, copays, deductible, etc., in return for possibly being able to see them for more than 10 minutes on less than a month's notice)
