What sets the price?

Any dealership will ALWAYS put top retail pricing on a good used bike they have for sale. That will usually be 2k or so over wholesale pricing and a little more over trade in value. It doesn't mean they won't negotiate on the price and if you know how to work them you can get them down good because they have a lot of room to move on a used bike.

Kelly Blue Book prices vary a lot, most dealers use NADA for their pricing.
