The Supras are badass, no doubt, and have more power potential than the old Z's - but they make about 320hp stock, and are also RWD.

With AWD & unprecedented traction control provided by the dual clutches & viscous limited slip, plus launch control (3.3s 0-60!) - the GTR provides all-around performance that 'old school' supercars can't touch.

Now, you reckon the 'tuner' crowd might also get ahold of them and nudge the hp numbers a bit further north?...
How about a bolt-on kit good for 820 hp? (@ the crank, prob ~700 wheel)

How much work & $$$ did it take to get your buddy's Supra to 650hp?

not sure how much money it took to get it there, but i dont think a crazy amount, biggest part was probably switching from twin-turbo, to a big single turbo, not sure what kind of engine work, but i know its a stock bottom end.

its crazy fast, but it handles UNREAL

It takes a big man to cry, but it takes a bigger man to laugh at that man.
